This thing. This thing. WOW. It's an exercise machine. . . based on horseback riding. I didn't scan the whole brochure (10 pages!), but consider this the "good parts version."

The text above the graph of "muscle strength improvement rate" says the thing is based on 20 reps of a 15 minute a day session. From that, "muscle strength of the back, abdomen and even the thighs, which are difficult to exercise, can increase between 20%-60%." Yes, horseback riding IS exercise. Can't argue with those graphics.
They sell them in the States, too, but this Japanese brochure is way cooler than a b&w ad I saw in the Tribune - I think they go for about US$1500.
