Naoto, after being allowed to by Adam, was able to walk around a bit. Of course she would have to keep most of the pressure off her ankle. It was stressing enough to sit in a bed in a confined space and doing nothing. There was the network, but Naoto didn't bother with computers too much. After all, they weren't a part of her time line.

But her eyes caught a male trying to leave, like she had did earlier in the week. His condition didn't seem much better than hers.

"Leaving?" She questioned, leaning against the wall nearby.

Equius tried to turn his head but his neck was still sore and more than a little stiff. It was getting better, but every so often if he moved to quickly it would send sharp, shooting pains up into his head that made his vision blur.

So he just gives her a hard, sidelong look. "Obviously."

"If Adam seems you, he's going to give you a hard time." And she only spoke from truth. Between his 'please's and barking orders, Naoto gave in to stay in this damn place.

"He is welcome to try." More than welcome. Equius had no doubt that these human physicians were frustratingly attentive and belligerent when it came to their patients. Though he'd be surprised if any of them had the necessary force to get him to comply.

"I am stronger than you." He says this with confidence. Clearly, if she lost than she was not strong enough to exact her will. The strong win and the weak fail in all things, and he refuses to be weak.

Naoto kept herself from laughing. "Is that a challenge or do you like to pick on injured people?" Not even Heine or Badou were foolish enough to battle against her. A sword trumps guns in some ways.

"It is a statement of fact." Sometimes fists trump weapons, even when he doesn't necessarily mean for it to happen. There's a reason he's a weaponless warrior, they tend to shatter in his hands by the sheer force of his outrageous strength.

"I am marely injured, not udderly incapable." Trolls are a hardy bunch and he's banking on that. If even the most pathetic of them could survive a chainsaw, he can function just fine with a bum leg and crooked neck.

Maybe it was just is painkiller addled brain, but he didn't understand what she was talking about. He didn't attack anyone injured! So he ended up just hissing at her through clenched teeth.

Naoto rolled her eyes at that, not wanting to stoop down to his level. But maybe she could get the chance to tell him, 'I told you so'.
