She never cleans her room. It's appalling. But she's not in there right now, and nor am I, and that has nothing to do with it, because she's only been in there to collapse onto her bed for five hours a night, for the last fortnight. I keep sneezing because of the sun and because of all those damned flowers that grow along the fence. I hate honeysuckle.

Oh, me neither, you know. Can't remember a time when I didn't either have a cold, or was on the verge of getting one.
