AMV competition

Well I’ve been talking with the organizers of Anime Banzai and they want me to be in charge of the AMV competition. So now I have to get the rules, submission guidelines, judges and all the other stuff done. It should be cool this year because we got the 300 seat theatre to do the screenings at.

So who wants to be judges?

Though I must say that if it ends up being myself, you, and Geoff on the panel I'm going to feel bad for the kids submitting stuff as they'll end up with three Simon Cowells as their judges.

But I don't think I'm in any shape or form qualified to be a judge. I know next to nothing about video editing, and only marginal details about anime in general.
Not that I'll pass up the chance to make some of the local pretentious twits cry, given half a chance, though.
