Does anyone know which is the best tarriff to use for a 3g phone? I want to get a Nokia but there are soo many tarriffs offered. Dont need it too much for texting or calls...

I have been texting to friends around the world for years but never managed to exchange texts with anyone in the states BUT now I do... Scott near Las Vegas.. sweet.
