Every comment of mine gets posted to Twitter? This will be very boring to my followers on Twitter. I have seem myself that public journal entries are posted to Twitter, but they are public anyway, so I don't mind, and it's my choice. Well, I comment and then have a look at my twitter account.
Hadn't heard about/noticed this at all before you posted... man ... It's my understanding that you need to, like, activate the connection between LJ/Facebook or LJ/Twitter in order for things to get reposted, which I personally refuse to do. But that doesn't stop someone from commenting in my shit and reposting that all over the interwebs.
Anyway, these are the instructions I found to disable the crossposting thing for entries and comments in your own journal:
1. Go to Journal > Journal Style
2. Go to Customize your theme
3. Go to Custom CSS
4. Copy and paste .b-repost-item {display:none} (make sure you're just getting the bolded text) into the Custom stylesheet
