I did a different routine on the elliptical today. This one has two hills instead of just one. I also increased the resistance (to a whopping 2 of 10, 1 being the lowest). i also mix it up on the cardio, once your body gets used to a certain stimulii, so using different machines every workout can help a lot too. even doing like, 15 min on the eliptical and then 15 on the stair master
