I did a different routine on the elliptical today. This one has two hills instead of just one. I also increased the resistance (to a whopping 2 of 10, 1 being the lowest). once you start getting into weight stuff, that will also help with the weight loss. i sort of plateaud out with the cardio after a while (i do 30-45 minutes between 5-7 times a week)and now that i've thrown in about 30-45 minutes of weight lifting 3 times a week i've totally seen a difference.

i also mix it up on the cardio, once your body gets used to a certain stimulii, so using different machines every workout can help a lot too. even doing like, 15 min on the eliptical and then 15 on the stair master
