Today's workout: Exact same times as yesterday. Exact same numbers as yesterday. I was distracted in the beginning because my workout buddy was there, and realized toward the end that I wasn't going to even make yesterday's crap numbers, so I pushed a lot harder in the last 5 or 6 minutes to make it up.
