It's really hard to find good information on healthy pH levels. All I could find about them when I was looking for the information was housewife remedies, which didn't seem very real.
For me, it's just been about knowing what tends to throw MY body off of its pH balance. Are you looking for information or how to help maintain a healthy pH balance? For me, taking Acidophilus has helped, as has changing deodorant brands on a semi-regular basis. But everybody has a body that's unique to them. Mine tends to be sensitive.
I just realized that this probably doesn't help you very much...so if you happen to come across the information on your own, I'd love to hear about it.
I'm actually looking for overall body pH, not just anti-yeast infection information. I take acidopholus too, and that helps keep yeast infections at bay, but i've found a bunch of information that claims that if the body is too acidic, it's a welcome environment for all kinds of other disease and conditions. actaully, it goes so far as to state that every condition is supported by a too acidic pH. (gout, arthritis, IBS, even bacterial and viral infections can grow because it's a good environment for them) but i can't find any "science" to back it up. just people saying that it's so. so i'm looking for the science. medical journals, doctor's articles, etc...it's not very prevalent. :\
