One of the hardest parts of my decision to move to Jacksonville was the thought of losing my job. I've been here for just about 9 years now and starting over somewhere else just sounded like a nightmare ( Read more... )

Congrats! I was hoping you'd be able to stay on with your job, especially with all the traveling you'll be doing anyway!

THANKS! I think that it was easier for my boss to justify my working from home to the "higher-ups" because I was working on the project and will be travelling so much. But I don't much care how he got it done, I'm just glad he did!!! One big worry off of my mind!

No you wouldn't!!! You LOVE what you are doing, and you know it. You get to work with pretty, pretty fabric and make pretty, pretty dresses. And in no time, it'll actually be a paying venture...I'm sure of it!!!

I'm pretty sure that I can handle the working from home thing without too much trouble. I'll probably have to force myself to NOT work sometimes (you know, I can't sleep-might as well get some work done). And I will have to make myself get out and be social, not just stay at home all the time...but I think I can handle it.
