[Strewn around Template, you may come across one of the many posters- all of them featuring the head from this picture photoshopped onto a body similar to this. Believe it or not, Hikaru is amazing at these sorts of things, so it looks a... lot more convincing than us muns are bound to think. :|b
They are posted to doors, walls, random buildings, the backs of little old ladies crossing the street, you name it.
Across the bottom of these posters is written: "WANTED. ARMED AND DANGEROUS. IF SPOTTED REPORT TO THE NEAREST AUTHORITIES AT ONCE."
And for anyone accessing the second level, there is Hikaru, sitting on a bench with a pad of paper, doodling idly, and looking bored. He is completely innocent, yes, and has had absolutely nothing to do with it. 83]
