[Sitting in his room, Hikaru is on his bed with his knees drawn up and shaking-- not crying or anything, but he looks angry. Almost too angry to even speak. Which is a rarity with him

You're hurt.

No, I'm sitting.

[B has been keeping an eye on Hikaru from a distance since the wanted poster incident, and he definitely senses a disturbance in the force. He pops up on second level and silently observes.]

[deviousintent]

[Total. Silence. Glaring at the wall. He probably hasn't even noticed you yet.]

[cruciverbal]

[Stares silently for another minute or two, maybe three, then speaks, quietly, very matter-of-factly:]

You're bleeding, Hikaru.

[deviousintent]

[BECAUSE I'VE ONLY DONE THIS SCENARIO SIX TIMES ALREADY--]

Huh?

[calledaftermath]

[Dog!Blue is coming up to him, very quietly, and licking one of his hands.]

[deviousintent]

[Sudden dog licking takes him by surprise-- jumps, and turns to see what just touched his hand. Aaaand then makes some sort of grumbly sound before petting your head. That never happened, of course. Shush. :|]

[calledaftermath]

[She makes a little whining sound and nudges his hand this time, as if trying to get him to look at it.]

[Mutters something into his knees that could pass as either 'Nothing', or 'What do you want?' Or some strange combination of both.]

[She seems to have a mini-debate with herself for a moment.] You're hurt.

[Glances up and gives you a look clearly showing that he thinks you are trying to be funny.]

Hey, are you alright?

Perfectly fine. [Says the bitter tone.]

[Lloyd frowns, trying to think of some way he can help Hikaru cheer up]

Well, you know it snowed some more last night?
