Dell has had my laptop in repair since the 25th of February. I've been in contact with them constantly and they keep changing their reason for STILL having it. FIRST "it's repaired and we'll be shipping it to you within 2-3 days". Second "Your motherboard replacement is on backorder, we expect to ship your repaired laptop within the next week.". I killed my warranty when they told me my accident wasn't covered under the current warranty. Got a nice refund for it too. It's in "out of warranty repair".
