There was a convention this weekend. And it was cram-packed full of people that I wanted to see. And of course all my friends were there. Then there was a minor issue of Zachary Levi leading half the convention to the local Subway and making them all footlongs.

I have, on a daily basis, everything I could want. We've recently bought a very large TV

You should come to chat. we're all pining for shindigs.
Its awful to be without your kindred and without the expression of life and joy that happens at your average friend filled sci-fi convention. we all talk about Dragon*con all year because its one of those places where you walk around and complete strangers look familiar, because they're all so much like yourself! We get blissfully drunk for an entire weekend and sometimes make bad decision and laugh too loud and wait in long lines and never in the whole year manage to have as much fun. I can't afford it this year, but my browncoats aren't giving me the option of not going. thank gods for them, or I'd go completely mad.
