Being on-call really sucks as you can't go out really and you are left waiting for an event that usually doesn't happen. Even having drinks at night isn't possible (well, it is, but I don't want to deal with something half-tanked ( Read more... )

As much as I hate him, I can totally see Matt Damon playing Kirk.

I can't wait to see the old ship in full CGI. Maybe we'll get some cool space battles out of it.

They know fans love the space battles - and I know how much they loved "Enterprise" rework of the TOS Defiant kicking butt.
