Willard Formal
On Friday night I went to Willard's 
.
It was so much more fun than last year's for me. I attribute this to two things: 1)my shoes were 10X more comfortable and 2)we learned the correct way to pregame for a formal. How silly of us to think that one round of drinking would be enough to make it through dinner and dancing. Besides, the strawberry daquaries at the formal would have been way too sweet sans alcohol. I saw Parade here on Thursday night. It made me love musical theatre again. I saw the opera last night (made me realize I'm definitely not cultured enough to appreciate opera. I was 1/2 asleep the whole time.) and "I Hate Hamlet" which was cute. But that's about it. Meh. The only problem with going to a school with the top student-theatre program in the country is that there's no way to see all the shows that go up in a single weekend.
I'm ready to be home for Thanksgiving. I'm getting weary.
I need a date for the KD formal this Friday! Anyone? Anyone? It's free (for you!)
