I'm sittin in the EconoLodge in Pueblo Colorado. Couldnt tell you how Colorado is because it was dark the whole time we were driving through. Denver sucked though... I dont like cities. I'm happy with Ferndales size. And there's freaking road construction every like 10 miles it seems! Plus we had to do a detour off 25 though town which was grand

Wow, sounds pretty crazy. Sorry you did not get to see Colorado, especially in the mountain passes.... it is beautiful!! I have to agree with you, Denver is not fun to drive, traffic was horrible when we went through... same stop and go traffic. I do you think you would have liked the mountains. Pueblo, that is less than an hour south of the Springs. I hope the rest of your travels go well. You may find yourself surrounded by tons of people to your final destination... the hurricane will be there...it did decrease in size to a cat. 3....so perhaps not as bad as anticipated. Safe travels and have a good time!! You are being prayed for :D
