We missed it, or it missed us. Zane is disappointed, and I can’t be more thrilled with his disappointment. He really wanted to use his kick-ass safety-closet. I’m glad we did not get to use it. We never even lost power. Amazing. Get this - we didn’t even get any rain. Just sprinkles. We still had dry spots on our driveway and back patio. I

Wow, I'm glad it missed y'all. I'm amazed, but glad :) It sure did look like it was barrelling straight for your neck of the woods.

I've been having bad hurricane dreams and I think it's a combo of all the news media bombardment, and an intense desire to get out of my house before anything happens to it :) I did finally get a contract on it this weekend, but hurricane season makes me nervous. I have spent SO much money doing repairs to this house that were all the result of heavy rain and wind.
