Apparently Boston has decided that portable electronic signs are now terrorist activity worthy of arrest. Freedom of the press no longer means anything there. The cradle of the American Revolution has now sunk into tyranny.

It seems like an honest enough, if not particularly bright, case of mistaken identity. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of real bombs around soon enough, to give the police better practice in telling the difference.

Have you seen pictures of the electronic signs? Confusing these with bombs is beyond stupid. Only in movies do bombs come with large lite-brite signs attached to them. If they had owned up to their stupidity I might be a little less harsh but instead they have tried to blame everyone and everything but their own stupidity. Unjust charges have been filed against at least two totally innocent parties and more are threatened.

Had it been lite-brite signs with the Democratic donkey on them would you be so complacent about it now?
