My friends here bought March of the Penguins on DVD here. The back of the box says:

just as long as the movie doesn't jump from penguins to hard core pornography 20 minutes in. I suppose thats not too likely where you are at. It might be a bit ironic though, in a sick sort of way given the culture...

Actually when you consider what is considered acceptable on the streets here it is surprising what you find on cable or in the video store. Perhaps not full hardcore but certainly more than the culture claims to tolerate. Pretty sure the hardcore comes over the Internet too.

That actually sounds like an interesting version of March of the Penguins.

The original movie was more of a love story with some sort of "plot". The American version is a documentary of the emperor penguins. The Americans did not think that the love story would fly with viewers in the US.
