Question!
Do you enhance any of your photos once they hit your comp? I've grown quite addicted to that (see journal I am about to write >_<)

I edit all of my photos that will get used somewhere - online or for print. All my photos go into my Adobe Lightroom library, and I do all my editing there - I don't often need to photo manipulate, but will use photoshop if the need arises.

Oh, eek! My camera is coming upon its second birthday soon, so does that mean it's middle-aged?

Sorry to hear about your loss, but your new toy seems amazing. My friend is in the market for an SLR (the one who usually steals mine to take my photos, actually), so I'll be sure to pas this model along to her as a recommendation. The shots look gorgeous.

As for me, I still need to order that lens! Conan tickets, con prparations, and costume suplies momentarily distracted me.

At only 4 years old, I think my camera was still but a child. Hopefully yours gives you many more years of faithful service!

The T2i is canons newest and probably most expensive "pro-sumer" camera at this point, but they have number of really good other models.. www.dpreview.com is the site for all the info one could ever want.

And I'm jealous of your conan-seeing!
