“klik” I turned the stove close…satisfied…I was about to get a bowl from the cupboard when suddenly…the lights went out…”Usou…”I whispered…I didn’t like the dark…and the silence that went with it…only the sound of the pouring rain can be heard…
“The candles are over here…” a voice suddenly said…
“AH!” I jumped in surprise…
“Nani?!” he immediately asked worried…
“Mou…Chinen-san please don’t scare me like that” I told him as I held unto my chest…
“Gomen…gomen…I didn’t mean to…here” he handed me the candles…which I immediately lit with the stove…then placed it on the dining table…
“Daijobu?” I asked him “Are you sure it’s okay for you to be out of bed?”
“My heads still a bit heavy…but it’s okay” a smile he showed me…I felt a blush crept up my cheeks…luckily it was too dark for him to notice…”Ne…can I eat now?”
“Ah right...” I immediately served him a bowl…
“Aren’t you going to eat?” he asked me as placed a glass of water in front of him…
“I’ll just eat when I get home…” I told him” Well the…I’ll be taking my leave now” I informed him as I grabbed my coat…
“Eh? Your leaving already?”
“I promise you that I’ll leave as soon as the porridge is done deshou?” I said as I searched for my bag “I wouldn’t want to intrude any further…” yes…I didn’t want to intrude…this is his life and I have nothing to do it…
“Demo…”
“Oh…and your medicine is at your desk in your room…please drink it after your done eating…” my last reminder before stepping a foot out of his house…the rain is still pouring heavily…the streets dark…as I was about to shut the door close… I felt a hold on my hand…
“Matte…” I slowly turned to look…a different feeling in my chest…”…you should wait until the rain stops and until electricity’s back” he said in a low voice…looking at another direction…”…its dangerous” he followed…
“Demo…”
“and…you’re not intruding…”
“Are you sure its ok for you to be staying here?” I asked him as we were sitting on the sofa waiting for the current to come back on…
“Un…daijobu” he sure smiles a lot for a sick person…”ah…”
“nani?”
“Somethings moving on my leg”
“moving?” I moved the candle closer to his leg…
“ahhh! Bug bug…” he immediately jumped of the couch and panicked…realizing there was a bug on his leg…
“Ahahaha…ahahaha”I couldn’t hold my laugh watching him…panicking over a small bug…
“Mou….” He whined…walking back to the sofa…
“crack”
“eh…what was that…” he looked down realizing he stepped on something…I also did the same and looked where the cracking sound came from…it turns out that my bag fell on the floor and its contents scattered everywhere must have been because of Chinen-san’s sudden outburst…I immediately went and picked up my things…him…doing the same…helping me…
“kore…” he suddenly whispered…as he was holding something on his hand…

any idea what Chii is holding? also why does his cheek hurt? I'll leave you guys this questions:)
