what's with this national [global?] obsession with making your bed.  i hear parents complaning time and again that "the little bleeders won't make their beds no matter what i say or do or threaten!"  i'm seriously asking.  [i'm a compulsive non-bed maker myself, but i bet you knew that already.]

none of us here make our beds and ive never asked my children to do so either. occasionally i make mine or theirs if company is coming and the rest of the house is clean incase people need someplace to pile their coats on.

thank you! i was beginning to think i was crazier than i actually am and it was only me who thinks making beds every day is for suckers and housekeepers.
