Sometimes a player has tried to work out a dispute with another, but it doesn't seem to work out. Or a player is too intimidated or upset to confront another in regards to characterization or event. This is where the mods come in. When you feel that all other recourse has been taken to resolve a situation, please do not hesitate to contact the moderators for help.
We will accept a complaint as valid when:
--Said complaint is emailed to the moderators at Dystopic.flux.moderators@gmail.com
--The person complaining is one of the parties directly involved. (ie. Bill has a problem with Jack, but Bill needs to speak to the mods and may not have Frank speak on his behalf.)
--The minimum information must be included in the complaint:
1. All personal contact info
2. What is the complaint, including mun name/character name involved.
3. Was the issue at least tried to be resolved between both parties before mod involvement?
4. Please provide any relevant logs/chats/threads that go along with the complaint.
For others who wish to help us out, there is also a form that we use to organize our complaints. You may fill this out and email to us if you prefer over the basic guidelines.
