This is me deftly stepping over the point of this post and asking, "Why did you take so long to get a portable music player?"

It was good bumping into you at Dave's a couple of weeks ago.

I don't like to listen to music on the go (walking, on the train, etc.) so I didn't really see the point of a portable. What I forgot is how great it is to have hundreds of hours of music instantly accessible, portable or not. So I just keep it at work, and listen to whatever I want on it.
