I'm a delinquent. yes because i am not super rich and try not to force my parents to pay for everything in want im a delinquent. some of those band parents are crabby, bitchy, old ppl. i mean you dont call ppl delinquents cause they arent as rich as you to pay off the whole trip early. and its insulting and just makes me want to drop

Eugh, that lady sounds like a bitch. God forbid other circumstances happen to make people be behind on their payments. I mean, poor people are poor because they want to be, right? (/sarcasm)

exactly! but I've dropped the band trip. I realize now that I may not pay off the whole thing and i have other things i want to do with my money. but i think that lady needs a reality check cause its not like god takes everyone before they're born and says "so do you want to be rich or poor?" and some ppl pick poor. its rude and inconsiderate cause no one intended for the trip cost to continue to rise. but yea $1905 is too much for ONE person goin to Hawaii. I'd rather go to Disney Land (plan C if Hawaii falls).

I understand how you must feel, but you have to understand that alot of those "old people" as you call them are relying on you to keep your word and go on the trip. The cost is based solely on the number of participants. Whenever people drop it affects EVERYBODY!! My family is not wealthy or rich as you called them, but we know that we need to do everything in our power to not let other people down by dropping out. Just a thought from the other side!! hey anonymous! I want to go, really i do, but I wont be able to pay the whole thing and still have money to have for like food and stuff on the trip, only if the trip were to go down to like 1400 or less. And im not droppin just cause of what that lady said. and honestly you cant expect everyone to still go on the trip, I'm sure i won't be the last one to drop out. and a lot of those parents were relying on THE OTHER PARENTS to pay and go on the trip, I'm the one paying for it not my parents. I'm not a great loss cause there are ppl who payed the whole thing then dropped out. and we werent gonna get that 128 like we wanted, no matter how optimistic to ask for 1200 up front and expect to get it. but hey thanks for being so brave to confront me...whoever the hell you are!
