Dismantle corporations? You want to do that after reading Ayn Rand? Well, I did not read The Fountainhead but Atlas Shrugged was all for big corporations. If you'll help who you want, do what you want, love whom you want, and that's right for you, shouldn't it be right for the president of a large company? Shouldn't it be right for the board of directors?

Actually, I read The Fountainhead a couple years back; I didn't mean to give the impression that I felt this way directly after reading Rand. It's more of a ... development thing. That my individualistic beliefs, partly reaffirmed by memories of The Fountainhead, were moving in weird directions.

I find it hard to believe that Atlas Shrugged (which I've never been able to labor through) could really be in favor of corporations. Rand's capitalism has always struck me as being individual-minded, and that the collaboration between members of a board or a commitee squanders the genius of a single creative mind ( ... )
