I culled.

If you feel you have been culled in error, let me know.

either that or... you know... a complete stranger that he doesn't know?

maybe instead of complaining, you should give a reason why you shouldn't be culled?

just a thought.

it basically means to "remove from a heard". usually referred to cattle.

if i were you, i'd take offense. but you weren't culled, so don't.

Why do I totally picture Farmboy David going out into a field and sniping the cows left and right?

Shame on you. Those poor cows weren't hurting nobody.

Whoa. There's a violent connotation to that word?

Culling is the practice of slaughtering excess animals. I picture David as doing such with unholy glee. Seems violent enough to me!

*laughs* And here I thought it was just roping cows off or something.

Yeah, it does sound like something he'd get a sadistic kick out of.

David? Why'd you get rid of me? I came back... Had problems with a friend of a friend who called me some pretty horrid things, I remember you posted to my I quit message.... I didn't see you around and didn't post until a couple days ago. You know I wouldn't be mad at you without telling you.

You could add me again, if you want.

I thought I was amongst those you were mad with at the time - and oh man did you seem mad. I kind of got mad back and took you off. I honestly didn't think you'd be back, but I'll add you. Sorry about all that.

You had barely been posting? Why would I be mad at you? ^^ You know I'd tell you. And yes, I was mad.... Someone intrepreted my dislike of Bush for saying I thought a whole lot of innocent people should die (Don't ask, I don't know) and got pissy, and my friend, as she's friends with both of us, didn't do a thing. It made me lose a lot of respect for her. Especially since I'm the one who lives in the same city as her, and the other one lives in Edmonton.

To be absolutely honest, it's a kind of respect.

Your journal has in the past had a lot of personal, emotional things that I can't comment to because I don't know you that well. I feel bad for not being able to offer much support. I love your photography and your poetry and you seem a lot more honest and real than a lot of people I've run across on LJ; in my fit I kind of made the arbitrary assumption that my LJ wasn't very good compensation for reading yours. Admittedly not my choice to make. I'll add you back....

what? you honestly positively did not believe that, did you?

yes it had emotional things in it but don't most journals more or less post quite personal things.

i was sad and surprised to see that you had taken me off. i'm glad though that you realized the error of your ways. :)
