Incompetence?

Today I purchased ear-phones. They plug deep into my ear. It's kind of interesting that the whole word is blocked out so well.
Then I was walking through the Metro station and someone had an accordion and was playing.
I guess they weren't designed to block them. It was very clear to me--it was good music though.

My french is stable enough. I had to change my address and pay my fees in the library today. I think the guy was new and for some reason thought that I should have paid for the card since I wasnt a Quebec citizen. I've had this card for a year man, why should I have to pay? I live in this country.
I didnt have to pay. And he even gave me $2.00 off my late charges. Thus leaving my debts to: My mom and Visa.
The only 2 things that care about me.
