Just do one thing u know like that you dont have to force yourself to do, like i started guitar by just foolin around on it, and just picked it and learned it myself from cds and tabs on the internet and shit

get guitar buy a level one book you can go through it in about 2-3 days than listen to any songs you like with guitar and than go to google, type in the song name and then 'tab' and then itll show you a tab. this is how you read music online and itll show you hwo to play the song, but some are incorrect. i can teach you how to read tabs. eventually ull get good enough to just hear the song and be able to plkay it. a teacher helps. and you need to learn on acoustic. a good acoustic too. one that feels right. thats all for now
