I am noticing a growing "trend" in un-wed 'kids' having children! I say 'kids' and I speak of people under the age of 25 having children out of wed-lock and unplanned

very simply put, i think people just arent being as careful as they could be. not that there is anything wrong with that. if they can, and are comfortable in raising a kid, more power to them.
There is something wrong with that when not only are the pregnancy rates increasing but so is the spread of many STD's.
Unless you are in a committed relationship and both have been tested, there should always be a condom involved unless in that situation you want to end up pregnant.
More so not only are these young women becoming pregnant they are doing so and not receiving any help from the father. It's like they have no regards for their body or what harm can come if they don't use a condom.
I agree with the fact that they are increasing the spread of STD's by not using a condom and that is wrong, but that was not your primary point so it will not be mine either.
Frankly is it your right to tell someone that they are wrong for getting pregnant eventhough they may not be in a committed relationship? How does it impact your life? Frankly, my daily routine doesnt change just b/c a girl accidentally gets pregnant.
They are, in fact, adults once they hit 18 and if they dont know what they are doing to themselves by that age, they may have been lacking in the parenting dept. and I dont see how that is anyone's problem but the person that is pregnant.

I have more of a concern that there are all these children most of which may not get all the care and love they need.
People have the right to have children out of wed-lock, that was not my point.
My point was over all there is an increase lately and I was curious why. Maybe this is the next set of baby boomers.
Over all I am just concerned that these people are not ready when they 'accidentally' get pregnant.
I have respect as stated before for those that live up to their responsibility.
I am just concerned more so than having a issue!
