the new york public library has posted a series of short videos called 'treasures'. they are fascinating. i only wish they were longer and showed more. the new york public library is one of my favorite places in the world. so much to see. so much beauty. so much history. it makes me wonder if i will have to get that mlis after all ( Read more... )

Let's see we've known each other for.. 9 years? Yeah, that's right and you were my last letter writing friend. We did so well staying in touch that way for a year, two years? Somewhere in between I guess cuz it would've stopped when I moved to Dallas. But that was the end of letter writing for me.. and now here I sit communicating with you via comments whether it be LJ or your facebook wall. Ahh the times continue to change.

i know, right?! i was thinking the same things while i was writing my entry...that we had done really well for a while and now we post on blogs. sigh...

at least i get to actually lay eyes on you occasionally :) i hope you get to come down here for new years to see natalie! keep looking for those deals!
