I LOVE this. I'm getting married in a year and I would DEFINITELY buy that were it not $55. This makes me happy. =D
I think it was pretty obvious in the Wizard of Oz film that the tin man was...shall we say...effeminate. All I'm saying is that it isn't hard for me to take that other topper with a grain of salt. ;)
Congrats!!! :D Well, if you really wanted it you could probably make it yourself buying the figurines separately. I recently bought both the Scarecrow and the Tin Man (topper size) for $1, but I've yet to find Dorothy and the Cowardly Lion. Those little Madame Alexander WoOz dolls are also very nice, and really easy to find. Whatever topper you end up having on your cake, though, I hope it's awesome! :)
IRL LOL! Shush! While I agree, I suspect that's basically also the main argument DG/Cain shippers might use against DG/Glitch... Not that I care, of course. XD
Thanks! I had thought about that- making it, that is. The only problem is our theme is most likely going to be Renaissance/medieval/fantasy, so The Wizard of Oz might look a little out of place...still, its cute enough that I'm pretty much willing to say, 'the hell with it, I want that topper!' lol.
I suppose you're right about that, lol. I think I could see it either way (I'm not entirely opposed to Glitch/Cain, but I'd definitely choose DG/Glitch over it any day). I think since I'm more inclined towards the latter pairing, I prefer to think of him as straight or, at the very least, bi-curious. ;)
Wow, a Renaissance/medieval/fantasy themed wedding sounds really cool. Basically any topper that fits the theme is gonna look amazing. :)
Not entirely opposed to Glitch/Cain either, I think their relationship dynamics are not only tons of fun but also very interesting (even so, DG/Glitch is my Tin Man OTP). I also prefer to think of Glitch as more flexible that way. You can pair him up with either Cain or DG and still keep him in character (not the case with Cain, IMHO). Gotta love a character like that. :)
