Timeline and Guidelines - Round 3
Alright, everyone, time for Round Three!
ROUND 3 GUIDELINES AND TIME TABLE
A few notes;
† This round’s writer requirement is Twelve (12) thousand words.
† Sign ups are all here.
† All deadlines are midnight PST (GMT-8) on the date indicated. The admin observes DST.
† Reminders will be sent out roughly a week before each deadline, so that everyone will have something to post.
† Please don’t post your projects anywhere until after the official posting date. After that, though, go wild.
† Remember, this is a commitment to having your work ready-if you’re going to flake out halfway through, please don’t sign up!
TIMELINE;
† Today (January 4th) through February 4th - Writer sign ups!
† Today (January 4th) through March 4th - Artist sign ups!
† March 4th - First rough drafts due for writers - a minimum of five thousand words is required, along with a basis synopsis of your story so the artists can choose fics.
† April 4th - Second rough drafts are due, at a minimum of ten thousand words. Artist fic choices are also due on this date.
† May 4th - Artist sketch due date. Artists must provide some sort of sketch or sample of their work on this date; pretty much anything showing that you’ve thought about it will do.
† June 4th - Final due date for all works.
† June 6th through June 10th - Posting of completed work.
FOR WRITERS;
Any storyline or plot bunny is acceptable, as long as it meets the length minimum. However, it should include at least one of the canon character of DGM in some major role-while OCs are great fun to play around with, they’re not the focus of the Big Bang. Crossovers and AUs are completely acceptable. Please beta and double check all submissions before the final due date, including HTML tags. I will post all submissions exactly as I receive them. There is no word maximum.
FOR ARTISTS;
Please make the art relevant to the story you signed up for. Any rating of art is acceptable, and you can use whatever medium you choose.
