Hey (: I have my words written and everything, I just don't understand the format of the form. what's a span style? and should it basically just say:

Author:
Username:
Wordcount:
Characters/pairings:
Synposis:
?

Yes. The span style is a size adjustment. It just makes your title bigger, that's all.
