Deadline Extension

Since a rather large number of people requested an extension to the deadline this round (and I'm not exactly up to par myself /badmin), I've extended the deadline for the second round of rough drafts. You now have until April 18th to get the second draft in!

Oh good, I was going to ask for a couple extra days as well. It's too bad a couple authors had to drop, though.
