What I mean by 'taking #'.
I mean that I'll be taking one story. I will need people to fill all the slots I deem necessary.
This is a huge undertaking!
Yes, it is, but I'm putting trust in each of those that sign up that once I get the tale started everyone else gets their ball rolling. If I need to prod or have one of Rhode's assitants prod, I will.
How long is this going to last?
Taking a page from the Akuma event? As long as you want it to! Spread it out over a few weeks, read through the fairy tale as quick as you like.
What if someone involved drops out or takes too long?
Prod them, ask me to prod them, or just ask me to finish out the tale itself with Rhode getting bored or having one of her assistants finish it.
You keep mentioning Rhode's assitants, who are they and what are they doing?
They're other DR residents that have either asked to be her assitants or were made to be. You can sign your character up to be one if you wish as well~ She already has thedarktrilogy as one of her's via a favor owed.
What if the fairy tale is too odd to be played out like the story?
The wonders of Tradition! Rhode will have enough power behind her to nudge it slightly onto new paths so long as it still reaches the same ending it'll be happy.
What about all this love stuff? I don't want my character to fall in love with so-and-so!
Easy! Just disuade the magic of the Tradition when the tale is finished by forming a sibling bond or a best friend's bond.
And what if there aren't enough people signed up for the tale I want to do?
We'll ask others to sign up or ask if you'd like to join another group in another tale. Something will be worked out!
I don't want to play the evil witch/bad person in this. What do?
If no one wants it? Rhode will take it, or assign it to one of her helpers. There are a few tales she'll want to take a closer eye on so beware.

Sign ups will be a week long endeavor with a little post from Rhode to be up in the DR to link back to this post here.
HOW LONG UNTIL THE EVENT STARTS?
Right now? We'll have to hold a poll for either the end of June to start it or the middle of July. I know everyone has vacations and other plans and that's alright. If need be it can be pushed back to August for additional plotting and things.

What if I want a fairy tale that's not on there?
Suggest it, link to it, I'll look into it and decide if we can add it in!
And how do I comment exactly?
Comment with the fairy tale you want your character in and what role! Simple as that!
Can we sign up one character for more than one fairy tale?
So long as it's not the main part, sure! (ie the Princess/Prince) We want everyone to have an equal shot at roles! For example, if you're the Princess in Rapunzel's tale you can't be the princess in Snow White. But you could certainly be the prince!
