I hear wedding bells!
[ This corner of the Summer Courtyard has been claimed in the name of the glorious matrimony of one Allen Walker and one Miss Tyki 'Bird' Mikk!
Well, the ceremony's already been conducted in private, anyhow, and this is just the reception. There's a guest registry to be signed as you come in, There's a big patio area set up for the food-- served buffet style, and with all sorts of foods, mostly American barbecue style. There's even a big cake and cupcakes, more than enough for everyone. The tables, set out in the sun, are done out in cream linens with gold-colored tableware.
There's a lounge for socializing with other guests, an jazz music is issuing from the sound system; light and whimsical at first, and it'll get more vibrant as the evening goes on and the area is lit up by strings of lights, and candles. Some of Bird's Tease flit about harmlessly; the worst they'll do is tickle your nose.
And of course, there's the bride and groom, dressed to fit the theme.
The invitations were sent out about a week ago, but there's really nothing stopping anyone from showing up. ]
