[today the dressing room is being greeted with a rare occasion, a definite change from the norm; filtering through the halls from some far-off room in the back of the West Wing is the distinct sound of Violin music. not piano -
violin, if a slightly less beefed up and more classical version

Have your double standing at the door, just listening with his eyes closed and a soft smile on his face, even with the mistakes.]

So far in the future?! [Have a very impressed look though it grows worried as his double goes on.]
Not enough time...? [He keeps listening though, a hand going up to his own clear face. She blends in rather well with his cloak, black spot that she is. He follows his double's gaze back down to her.] Kumori, though she's being picky and wanting to be called Kila. [At the second name, the kitten lifts her head from the climb, looking up at him.]

he just offers another grin at the comment about being so far ahead, though, and it doesn't falter when he's questioned about time; however, he ignores the question, instead keeping his attention on the small feline.]/small> Maybe you should just call her Kila, then? Cats are very picky about their names, you know.

Allen bends down and plucks her from his cloak, holding the pesky kitten.] To be honest, I like that name better, she gets in too much trouble to have a long name to call out. [Bit of a laugh.]

No, Kanda let me have her for helping him earlier. He touched something and a bunch of kittens appeared.

that... gets a mildly bewildered look out of him, until something clicks and he holds up his hands behind his head, the heels of his palms against his scalp and fingers pressed together and straight up.]
Did he have cat ears?

Allen reaches a hand out toward his double as if to steady him, if needed, but his hand hesitates just before the doorway.]
Yes, that's the one. Are you alright? [Cue an obviously worried look.] You should go sit back down.

okay. extremely poor imitation. Allen will never be able to do charades, clearly. he lets his hands fall back down to his sides and offers a slightly reassuring grin - though the fact that something seemed to stop his double has him kind of curious now.] I'm fine. [it's only a lie in the sense that he wasn't totally right to begin with, really.]
I've met that one, though. A very angry little kitten.

He lets his hand go back to supporting the kitten's slight weight. Head tilts slightly to the side, mostly catching that lie. He can hear all those little ticks crying out for something, what it is, he's not sure.]
Usually he's the same size as a normal Kanda.

....oh, but that statement has him slightly confused, but far more curious.]
...What size was he when you met him?
Reply
Ah, normally that one is an inch or two taller than I am. [Quite tall for an Allen.] He touched something and shrank to a kit's size.

....and then he looks entirely mischievous, like a kid that has just found out the best thing ever.] So he's a kid with cat ears now?
Reply
Oh my. Let the cat out of the bag, did he? xD Allen tilts his head to the side a bit.] Not when I last saw him, I helped him get a potion from the science wing. It might have worn off since he's not human, though. [It did, he's a kit still.]
Reply
oh, he did~ he might have to go on a kitten hunt soon. because he's willing to bet that the Dressing Room would never let someone get off so easily as to be cured by a potion.] I see... Well, hopefully he isn't too uncomfortable.
Reply
He gives his double a smile and shakes his head.] No, I don't think he is, unless he still has the rest of the kittens.
