Sorry about that group of stray balloons in the hallway. It seems to have wandered away from the rest of that pack. Follow it back to its source and in some neutral hallway there will be a room quite expertly decorated. Where in the world did they find that many streamers and balloons? Oh, wait, forget the decorations. That cake in one corner is probably larger than most people's residences back home. At least it isn't rainbow colored, but there is probably enough sugar packed within each bite that only the most hardy won't find themselves rushed to the medical wing for an overdose.
To be truthful, there isn't much to eat besides things coated in sugar, but someone managed to sneak in some platters of crackers, cheese and perhaps some bread. And some wine. Wouldn't be a party without it. So come one. Come all. It is a very special girl's birthday. You wouldn't want to miss it now, would you?
