[A large armored phoenix sweeps over the summer courtyard and lets flaming feathers skim over the surface of the lake. It circles around a few times, passing closer and closer to the water till earthen talons just barely touch the surface.
As the ripples spread out, thunder rumbles overhead. For the first time in a while, clouds cover the sky and it begins to pour rain. The flaming bird doesn't diminish or fizzle out. It hovers over the lake and makes for the shore in slow and steady beats of powerful wings.]
