[Meanwhile, back at the mistletoe-covered hallway, Lavi is having a staring contest with one of the more menacing plants. Quite the spectacle considering that plants don't have eyes, but details, details.
Someone passing by might also notice that the mistletoe has something within it's clutches. Definitely not a person, but it's hard to make out what it is exactly. Something black with some red and gold perhaps? Anyway, that seems to be the point of contention between man and plant]
I can keep this up as long as you can, yeah. Just watch me.
