[Walk into this room and you'll immediately see a big sign on the wall that looks as though it's just been burnt saying:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TYKI!And sitting underneath the sign is Tyki, who doesn't seem to appear to know that the sign is right above him. Instead, he's sitting on a chair, watching with a bored look on his face as a black kitten plays

[Just sort of glances at the sign by chance and pauses, frowning a little in thought.]

[Doesn't notice 'Tias yet, just going to keep watching the kitten]

[Flash of red is gone before he can look, but back again soon enough with a cupcake and a lit candle on it. Which he holds out in front of Tyki.]

Make a wish.

[teasingstar]

[blinks at that, looking at 'Tias. But blows out the candle anyway]

That wasn't necessary, you know.

[thewrongname]

[Wary sort of grin.] It wasn't but birthdays're supposed ta have wishes 'nd cake. [Pushes his hand toward Tyki so he'll take the cupcake.]

[teasingstar]

[Takes it] I suppose I should thank you then, eye patch.

[thewrongname]

Mattias, 'm not 'eye patch' yeah? 'nd no need ta thank.

[teasingstar]

[Chuckles] Right, right.

[thewrongname]

[Pouts as he puts his hands in his pockets, hiding that nail polish.] It is.

[Moves away from him and crouches near the kitten.] Didn't know they had pets 'round here.

[teasingstar]

They're everywhere if you can manage to find where. [Looks down as the Tease flies back over to him.]

[thewrongname]

[Sighs a little, barely giving the Tease a glance.] 's cute... Gramps never let me have one, 'll have ta look 'round more. [Gives it a piece of string left over from his star-capade.]

[teasingstar]

[The kitten immediately starts playing with] You're free to keep this one.

[thewrongname]

[Looks up at him.] But isn't it yours?

[teasingstar]

Not at all. It just happened to come to me the moment the sign above my head appeared.

[thewrongname]

[Playing with the kitten.] 's still your kitten, yeah? This place gave it to ya.

[teasingstar]

It won't mind if I give it to someone else.
