He's holding a laptop bag in one hand and a red and white cane in the other, and it's obvious he's blind... and it's just as obvious he's talking to someone who's no longer walking next to him

Eh... You know those really lame movies, where the character goes on wild adventures in other worlds and saves the day like a hero, but then it all turns out to be just a dream, or is it, and he winds up coming back in the sequal? That's your life right now.

[Claps his arm around Allen's shoulders] Sure I can. It's been a while, but I think it was down here...

[getting more and more anxious as they go through the hallways, and when his uncle stops him in front of a door he runs his fingers over it lightly and nods, smiling shakily.]

Yep, this was my room...

[and slowly walks to the next door down, taking a deep breath before knocking. And again, when he doesn't get a response the first time. Then he turns the knob and the door opens easily - and the stuffy air and slightly musty smell tell him right away that no one's lived here in a while. He quickly shuts the door again and turns back to Phillip with a forced smile]

Well, it's all right. I... wasn't really expecting him to still be here.
