[Well, the Dressing Room hasn't seen this in a while. A room full of dead bodies - mostly Finders and other unfortunate NPCs that usually get the short end of the stick when Noahs go on a rampage. Though strangely enough, the room is lacking the usual blood and gore that usually accompanies a Noah having too much fun. Just quiet lifeless bodies

[He might not be facing her, but in part because of the mirror, she can see his face well enough between irritated swipes of his hand. And while the multitude of bodies already have her stomach churning in an about-to-bring-something-up kind of way- there's no blood, which scares her, because there's always blood- it's the spiralling violet symbol beneath Kanda's eye that's making her heart pound.

Suddenly she feels a lot like being on the Ark again. Useless Innocence and a comrade with that mark.] You're not... this isn't-- ...Kanda?

[regeneratory]

[--Oh, shit. Stills his head, pausing before turning around (and keeping a mark hidden).] Lenalee?

[She stumbles back a step or two when he turns- after what Rhode did to Lavi on the Ark, she feels a bubbling fear that he's going to turn on her, and... it's too late, Kanda. She's already seen that mark. Her eyes flick, very quickly, to the wall with the messages scrawled out on it, and then back to him.] You can't be...

[regeneratory]

[Purses his lips and glances away, but he doesn't remove his hand. And he doesn't reply, either.]

[For a moment, just a moment, a hurt look flashes across her face. Reasonably quickly, however, it's replaced by a rather fierce expression. No. There's not a chance in hell that she's letting this happen right beneath her nose. Not this time. Though she still doesn't quite approach him, she does try and meet his gaze again, leaning to the side.] Kanda. I won't let her hurt you. This mark-- it's Rhode's mark. She used it on Lavi on the Ark. It... did something to him, but I'm-- I won't let this happen a second time. I won't.

[regeneratory]

[Hesitates before looking at her. Rhode, huh.] I'm going to be fine, Lenalee. I'm not going to let her get the better of me.

[fallforthesky]

[Shakes her head vehemently.] You don't understand! That mark means-- everything she'll do to you-- it will happen inside your mind. That's what Rhode does. You can't fight her blindly.

[regeneratory]

[Furrows his brow. That he didn't know.]

Then I'll just beat her there. How much different is it from fighting her normally?

I don't know. Lavi got out, but he-- [her jaw tightens the tiniest amount] --we couldn't kill her. She said that no one who doesn't know her real form can even get close. Allen's sword... it didn't do anything to her. Kanda, please. Fighting Rhode isn't as simple as deciding to win!

[regeneratory]

... Then I won't focus on killing her. [Though that's not to say there will be no attempts.] But I won't let her kill me, either. ["So it's okay, don't worry."]

[fallforthesky]

How do you expect to win if you can't kill her and she's inside your head, Kanda?

[A much less subtle implication of "Like hell I won't!"]

[regeneratory]

I'll figure something out. [Meaning he has no fucking clue. But he's going to maintain the confidence that he'll be fine.]

[fallforthesky]

[You know what? She's done with you stupid, stubborn people and your stupid, stubborn belief that you can do everything on your own. Reaching out to grab his arm.] Let me help! I know what she can do.

[regeneratory]

[Arm grabbed! But he tries to tug it back.] And how are you supposed to mean?

[fallforthesky]

[Well, that worked. She releases him again, so sharp it's almost mechanical, and gives him an equally sharp look.] I don't know yet! I'll figure something out!

[She-- she needs to get her Innocence back around her ankles. She needs to keep everyone safe. She can't just-- let this happen. Not again.]

[They must be thinking along similar lines, because Kanda glances down at her ankles and the missing Innocence on them.]

She won't be able to do anything permanent to me, anyway.
