[For those still marked, they will hear the tick-tock-ticking of the clock that started this event and hear the rustling of sand in an hourglass. Playtime is almost over. Time to wake up and face reality, whether it be the horror of an act committed or just coming back to life after a violent death

[As someone who's been without her own Boots for a while, she's quick to notice Lenalee isn't wearing hers, either. It's not as perturbing as if she were also a Crystal Type, but she can't remember ever removing Dark Boots- not even when they'd become unusable on the Ark. So when she sees Lenalee's bare feet, there follows a slow look that moves over the scratches on them, then up to her loose hair, and finally to the harrowed shadows on her face.

She all but scrambles over to her.]

Lenalee! What's happened? Where are your Boots? [And she takes a second look at the girl's face and goes a little pale herself.] Are- are you all right?

[waltzofthewind]

[She cringes as she hears the sound of someone approaching - another Fallen One, no, no...she just can't take this any more - but when she sees it's a human and not only that, one she knows, she almost freezes still for a second, before murmuring out a few words.]

....Lenalee? It's you? You're safe!

[Her eyes fill up with tears of relief, and if Lenalee doesn't move away, she'll cling to her in a desperate hug.]

Ah-!

[She is very easily pulled into a hug and, actually, returns it just as tightly, a cold feeling spreading through her stomach. It's difficult not to empathize with a version of herself even without knowing why she's so distraught. In a somewhat bewildered tone:] Yes, of course I am! I'm not- hurt... [her voice lilts in a questioning sort of way, as she's not sure if that's what Lenalee meant by 'safe'] -but what's going on? Why do you look like this?

[waltzofthemist]

They Fell. They all Fell! Everyone. Haven't you seen it yet? You have to hurry and get rid of your Innocence, too, or else you'll end up the same!

[She shakes a bit as she says all that, voice strained and a little hoarse. If she'd been paying more attention, she'd have realised that this Lenalee doesn't have Innocence with her either.]

[As if she'd been kicked in the teeth, Lenalee goes very pale, clutching at the other even more tightly. Her ankles suddenly feel disgustingly bare. No, she hasn't seen anything, but this sort of thing- she wouldn't lie about something like this. Like the younger Lenalee, her voice turns thin and slightly panicked.] Who Fell?! Not everyone! W-Who? Why?

[waltzofthemist]

[She shuts her eyes tightly] Everyone, everywhere! It's been like this for days. You're the first person I've seen who hasn't...

I-it started with Kanda, one of the Noahs who still had Mugen, and then Allen, but Allen didn't do anything to cause it! He didn't betray the Innocence, but it did that to him...!

[fallforthesky]

[Somewhat desperately:] No, not everyone!

[How could she have missed something like that? The destruction, the agony... it would have been cataclysmic. How couldn't she have seen anyone, much less everyo-] Allen? N-No, Allen couldn't have Fallen. He couldn't have-! Why would the Innocence do something like that?

[Her grip goes somewhat slack, but she tightens it again quickly.] It... can't be. There has to be some mistake.

[waltzofthewind]

[She shakes her head, distraught.] It's been this way for days. No-one's safe! That's why you have to get rid of your Dark Boots, somehow. Please, you have to hurry! If you don't, then-

[Her throat chokes up a bit. She can't stand the thought of losing someone else, and her being on her own again.]

I...don't know how or why it's happened. But it's the way Kanda said, and the Innocence is betraying us.

[fallforthesky]

[For a very long moment, she stays completely still, staring off over Lenalee's shoulder but not really seeing anything. What happened for people to suddenly begin to Fall for no reason? Why? She's about to begin hyperventilating, unthinkingly half-reaching as if to pull off a pair of Dark Boots that hadn't yet become Crystal.

And then something clicks, and she just about goes limp, tears suddenly threatening to overflow as a mix of relief and exhaustion floods through her.] -No! That Kanda! He's- he uses illusions- did Rhode mark you?

[waltzofthewind]

[The other Lenalee's reaction puzzles her, and she hopes so, so very much that this isn't start of a Fall. With a quiet, tense tone, she replies, with a chilling feeling creeping up her spine. What if it's already too late for this Lenalee?]

She did, but I haven't seen her. It doesn't matter any more! She marked Allen too, and Allen's already...already gone. [Her voice falls to a choked-up whisper, and she closes her eyes.] She's not the one we need to worry about here. Hurry up, and get rid of your Innocence, please!
