So you'll probably see one or the other around the neutral hallways and the North Wing, trying to find the recipients for their gifts (though Kanda has a noticeable amount more stuffed in his arms). Also don't mind the poor wrapping job.

[Neutral hallway encounter, get! Lenalee's been up and about since surprisingly early, wrapping various gifts for the people important to her, and now she's on a mission. The Kandas come first because they're most likely already up and about- and sure enough, there's one now.

Hurrying up to him!] Kanda! Merry Christmas.

[Thattaboy. And she definitely is, with barely contained excitement. To be fair, it's not "six-year-old on Christmas morning" excitement so much as "getting a gift from Kanda" excitement, but it's all the same emotion when it boils down. Unwrapping the gift, for once not very mindful of keeping the wrapping in one piece.]

[And inside is this hair of earrings. Because Lenalee won't make jokes about giving her jewelry right.]

[Lenalee won't make jokes about it. In fact, she looks pretty darn flattered when she pulls them out of the box, holding them up so the light catches them. Ah, wow... People have been giving her such extravagant things.] Thank you. They're beautiful.

[Good! Hums and nods, putting his hair tie in his pocket so he can get it out of the way. He's still got an armful of presents, after all.]

[She does the same, though since the earrings are far more fragile than a hair tie, she's going to put them in the box the tie came from for safekeeping.] You have more people to give gifts to than I imagined.

[Of course, from the very get go she was imagining he'd have maybe one person to deliver to. Just because Kanda doesn't seem much of the gifting type.]

[Oh--yeah, those. He's not, but having people give you things every holiday makes you start to feel obligated to return them.

Shrugs.] It's not that many.
