The faculty is on strike at my university and I've been on tv twice and on the radio because I'm very involved in the student solidarity committee. That's nothing though compared to the things I've found out today. My ex-boyfriend's father just committed suicide and my ex is going to have a baby in June, he's already heard the heartbeat and seen

Some things are going well for me. I still am pulling very high grades, or at least was until everything got put on hold. I'm very excited because Ian and I will see each other in a few days and I found out that I will know yet another person in Philadelphia. He is my mom's friend's son, and he has recently moved to Philadelphia. I haven't seen him in several years, so it might be nice to catch up. I also am going to see my best friend from age 3-18 again after 4 years, hopefully we can rebuild our friendship. I'm going to her graduation in December and then she's moving back home so I'll be able to see her much more often. Yay!
