hi, i submitted an icon for week 109, of which there was no news since mid december last year. i'd like to know if this community has ended its run officially and that all unannounced submissions will be released, because i'm planning to do an icon post soon and would like to include my latest submission to this community. if this community is considered closed, then i can request for banners from custom_banners. hope to receive your reply soon!

Thank you for asking, I really appreciate that since I know it's been quite a while; and I apologize for the long wait but my family and savings account come first and somewhere along the line I...forgot about LJ. *grimace* Not very good mod behavior so I'm working on recruiting co-mods to do the heavy lifting reviving this community while I iron out the last kinks in my life. But anyways, sure, go ahead and post them since I'm sure others already have. Plus I've got something special for this week since I just let it sit here for so long. >>; But I am paying penance in the form of a new layout! As for banners, I'm thinking the bannermakers stopped making banners because I wasn't around posting anything. I'll poke them all to see if they're still interested and if not, I'll make an official announcement so that icons here will be accepted at custom_banners. (I kinda hope it doesn't come to that since I always liked having bannermakers but if there's no other way, then that's how it'll be.) Again thanks for your comment, and I apologize for the ( ... )

it's ok, i understand that personal matters come first *nods* i just thought it's only right i ask for permission before revealing my submission. btw, it sounds like this community will be making a comeback? i was sad when it suddenly went all quiet here just when i joined in the excitement D: looking forward to its revival! hope things go well on your side, and thank you so much for your reply! :D

8D Oh, if only more people thought like you! Yes, it most definitely will! This place is, well, I guess I should say was with the way I've neglected it XD, my baby and I'm definitely coming back and concentrating all my attention on it. Thank you so much for the well wishes, I hope things work out too!

No worries, I appreciate the comment as I myself almost forgot about this place. *SHAME* I had hired a co-mod to take over but I said I was going to introduce her first and then my computer went kaput again as well as other RL issues hitting me in the face so that's probably why nothing has appeared from her. I'm trying to finish up some things before I relaunch this place because I know I need everything to be ready if I want to get this place back to the way it was before. (I've got a banner/ad for pimping this comm out and then banners and a new layout and yeah....) So it's coming along! It's just really slow since this place was my favorite community and I want things to be, well, not perfect, but as close as when I get it back on the ground. I'm so sorry for the massive wait and am greatly heartened to see people still remember this place at all. m(_ _)m
