Hi, I'm really sorry for my unexplained absence. A lot of things came up and I just didn't have the time for LJ anymore. And then when I did finally come back, this place wasn't the first thing on my mind, my fault entirely. I really am sorry because I think you would have done miracles for this community but I never gave you that chance.

I don't mind the closing, because I agree that the fandom is too small for more than one icontest (and it's such a pity since we have the better iconmakers imho XP), but can you please restore the layout? I'd like to at least leave things the way they originally looked. I checked and the custom CSS is missing and I don't have a copy anymore so...if you please?

I'm finishing up the last banners to, just to bring closure to everything.

Thanks for being so patient and I'm really sorry I wasn't able to touch base with you in time.

I do not have a copy of the layout, I'm afraid. The layout had gone wonky and was impossible to read (I would guess LJ changes did something), and after attempting to fix it in vain, I ended up removing it to make it possible for those who were still here would be able to read this closure post. I'm sorry that I did not save it somehow. I do not put much attention into LJ layouts, so I never thought to.

Thank you for understanding about the closing though. I just really didn't want to be a mod for a community that had been replaced with a new, and functioning icontest.
